Again, my only source of compensation is the fee I directly charge my client.

Your association with my registered investment advisory firm allows you to operate on an institutional trading platform. You will now be able to transact business in a commission free environment. Funds that carry front end loads will be purchased without those commissions. Class A share mutual funds waive the front end load on this trading platform. You will not pay markups on individual bonds purchased through brokers because I receive quotes directly from multiple bond dealers. Now, all investments, whether front end loaded, or no load, are offered without commission, thus a level playing field exists. We choose the best performer, without paying any commission, load, or markup.

I am completely independent from TD Ameritrade. I request that all my clients open accounts through TD Ameritrade Institutional because it is an inexpensive and expansive trading platform. I download my clients' account information from TD Ameritrade daily into my firm's performance analysis software. Your relationship with TD Ameritrade is your own, and you may discontinue my trading authorization at any time.

The motivation behind my investment recommendations remains only to improve your net worth and lower your risk. I am glad I have positioned myself in the industry in this way.
